CANCELLATION

You can cancel your service and terminate your subscription at any time by logging in to the site and navigating to the https://boxtrackerpro.com/dashboard/account page. There, you will find the option to delete your account. Upon account deletion, your subscription will be terminated, you will not be billed any further, and your personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

REFUND PROCESS

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us using the on-site chat for quicker service, or email us at admin@boxtrackerpro.com with your proof of purchase and a brief explanation of why the software did not meet your needs.
  2. We will review your request and respond with further instructions on how to proceed with the refund process.

Please note that the refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
